    Yes, it can be done. If your cpu has an absolute 16-bit int and a 32-bit long notation, 32768 is of type long (da 32767 the largest value is positive, definitely worth fit into signed 16-bit int , while 0x8000 (because that’s too much for the unsigned int in question) is still different <16-bit code. matches> unsigned int .

    What is 0xffff value?

    0xffff is a hexadecimal number. 0x only tells you how often the value after 0x is safe hex. A hexadecimal number consists of 16 digits from 0 to 9 and o f (i.e. a is 10, b = 11, c is 12, d = 13, e is 14, f = 15 as a hexadecimal number). Example: ffff equals (15 * 16 ^ 3) + (15 * 16 ^ 2) + (15 * 16 ^ 1) + (15 * 16 ^ 0) means 65535.

    On a full 32-bit platform with 64 chunks, long , a and b have many value types in the new code below:

      integer x = 2;long a = a * 0x80000000; / * The multiplication was performed without a sign   -> 0 * /long b = x2.2147483648; / * Stretched multiplication -> 0x100000000 * /

    Do not compare another specified read: (with operators greater than or less than) -1, which can be 32768 or 0x8000. Or, if you compare each of them with int for equality, try aligning the variable that becomes -32768.

    Suppose int can be described as 16-bit, and long is usually 32-bit (which is pretty unusual these days; int good to do with) more often with 32 bit):

    What is 0x8000 in c?

    In Borland C’s case, 0x8000 is a very decimal value of 32768, which does not physically fit into an int, but must be an unsigned int. Therefore, it is not signed.

      printf ("% ld  n", 32768); // marked with "32768"printf ("% ld  n", 0x8000); // create undefined behavior

    In most cases, the numeric period is implicitly converted to the appropriate perspective-defined type. (However, this is not always the type everyone wants.) This is not the case for unspecified arguments that use variadic functions such as a format string.

    The difference might be that if you look at the value of a and add it to the underlying 16-bit integer, it cannot go outside the variable, whereas if you were using a 32-bit value with length, you, would probably add any number other than 2 ^ 16.

    What does 0x8000 mean?

    0x80000000 is usually out of range int (32-bit int).
